“I am driving. Is there anywhere I can park my car during my stay?”

- T There is metered parking on the street, but for longer periods, off-street parking is available nearby at about£35 for 24 hours. Parking on a single yellow line is allowed at night after 6.30pm, until early morning.

"Is there a specific Check In/Check Out time?"

- Check In is at anytime after 2pm, and Check Out is at 11am. However, do not feel rushed to get your suitcases completely sorted before you leave, as luggage can be left downstairs in the hall so it is ready for you when you arrive/leave.

“Are you child friendly?”

- Of course – we can arrange for an extra bed to be put in the Terrace Room for your child. Unfortunately we no longer have a spare cot for babies, but feel free to bring your own.

“Do you have central heating?”

- In the winter we always have our central heating switched on. We don’t have air conditioning in summer, however, but we supply fans in the room for our guests in the summertime.

“Do you have a lift?”

- Unfortunately we do not have a lift, as lifts had not yet been invented when the house was built, but we are happy to help you with your bags up the stairs.

“Do you have internet access?”

- We provide free Wifi for all guests to use. Just bring your laptop and ask us for the password!

“Can we pay by card?”

- We accept all cards, except for American Express. There are 2 ATMs just around the corner where you can withdraw cash.

“Our plans have changed, and we can no longer come to London. Is there a cancellation policy?”

- Unfortunately, upon cancellation of a booking, deposits will not be refunded.
